PREAMBLE) GOD Requires that a Christian congregation  shall  conform  to His divine Word & practice(Ps 119: 105, Matt.28:18-20,Gal. 1:6-8,Tim. 4: 1-5 )& all things done decently in order( 1 Corinthians 14:40).Therefore,we  as  members of Angels with Faith Ministries& Church, accept & subscribe to the  following By-Laws in accordance with which all spiritual & material affairs of our congregation  shall be governed.

Article 1: Name/ The name  of this  congregation shall be Angels with Faith Ministries & Church

ARTICLE 2 : Purpose/ The purpose of this congregation  shall be to seek to honor and glorify GOD,to carry out HIS will.to  manifest  the unity of our faith in Jesus Christ as GOD & Saviour(as in the the Trinity, Father,Son& Holy Ghost are 1) to spread the kingdom of GOD and to foster Christian fellowship  and Love by preaching the Word of GOD

Article 3 : Articles of Faith /

1.We believe the Bible inspired ,infallible. authorative Word of GOD

2.We believe there is one GOD , eternally existant in three persons: FATHER, SON & HOLY GHOST

3.We believe in the diety of our  LORD  JESUS  CHRIST, in His virgin  birth, in  His sinless  life, in His Miracles , in His Vicarious and Atoning  death  through  His  shed  of blood, in His  bodily  resurrection, in His  ascesension to the right hand of the Father and his Personal , pre-millinial return in Glory and Power

4.We  believe that  for  the  salvation  of  lost and  sinful  men & woman ,regeneration by the HOLY GHOST is ABSOLUTELY ESSENTIAL. We  believe  that  SALVATION  is the act of sovereign Grace conferred  on the  believer by a LOVING  Heavenly  Father and that is by GRACE  alone; that  mans  good  works being rather  the fruit  of Christian Descipleship.

5.We believe that man  in  his  natural  condition is a  sinner  & alienated  from  GOD: That the  sinner  must  repent  of  his  sin  before  he  can  condition  to  receive  foregiveness  of  sin  and  regeneration.

6. We  believe in  the  present  ministry  of  the  HOLY  GHOST by  whose  application of the  blood  of  Jesus Christ  to  the  heart  of  the  believer  he  is  cleansed  from  all  sin  and enabled  to  live  a  Godly  life, VICTORIOUS  over  the  power  of   the  devil.

7.We  believe  in  the  resurrection  of  both  the  saved and  the  lost ; they  that  are  saved  unto  the  resur  of  life  and  they  that  are  lost unto  the  resurrection  of  damnation.

8.We believe  in  the  Spiritual  Unity of all  believers  in  CHRIST.

9.We believe  that  the  walk  of  a  Christian should  be  one  of continual  growth in  grace  and  the  knowledge  of  the  SON of  GOD.

10.We believe  in 2  sacraments: Baptism, which is  an  outward sign  of  new  birth, and the  Lord's Supper, which is  an  outward acknowledgement of  Faith  in  Christ

ARTICLE 4/MEMBERSHIP:/

1. Members  shall  be  in agreement with  the  statement  of  Faith as  set  forth  in  Article 3

2.Prospective  members  shall  be  admitted  with the  statement  of  Faith  after first  been examined  by the  consistory.

3.Members must be of age 18 or older to vote

4.All,both men& woman  shall  have  an  equal  vote (majority  rules)

 a)Angels with Faith Ministries is organized exclusively for charitable,religeous,educational& scientific purposes including,for such purposes,the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under section 501 (c)(3) of the Internal revenue Code, or corresponding section of any future federal tax code

b)No part of the net earnings of Angels with Faith Ministries & Church shall inure to the benefit of ,or be distributable to its members,trustees,officers, or other private  persons ,except that the organization shall be authorized and empowered to pay reasonable compensation for services rendered and to make payments and distributions in furtherance of the purposes set forth in the purpose clause hereof.No substantial part of the activities of the orgianization shall be carrying on of propaganda,or otherwise attempting to influence legislation,and the organization shall not participate in,or intervene in(including the publishing or distribution of statements) any political campaign on behalf of any candidate for public office.Notwithstanding any other provision of this document,the organization shall not carry on any other activities not permitted to be carried on(a) by an organization exempt from federal income tax code ,or (b) by an organization, contributions to which are deductible under section 170(c)(2) of the Internal revenue Code, or corrosponding section of any future federal tax code

(c) Upon the dissolution of the organization,assets shall be distributed for one or more exempt purposes within the meaning of section 501(c)(3) of the Internal revenue Code,or corrosponding section of any future federal tax code,or shall be distributed to the Federal government, or to State or Local Government,for a public purpose.Any such assets not disposed of shall be disposed of by the Court of Common Pleas of the county in which the principal office of the organization(Barrow County) is then located,exclusively for such purposes or to such organization or organizations,as said Court shall determine,which are organized and operated exclusively for such purposes
